THE MONEY
Amounts shown are the Beta seed before the pot grows from in-game spending. Your in-game dollars are score; $CASH is the token you hold to enter, spend for an edge, and win.
TOKEN UTILITY
One tap loads your RE-UP, a prepaid $CASH balance for the season. Buying an edge mid-heist is instant, with no wallet popup per move. Everything you don't spend comes back to you at settlement.
PVP
The leaderboard isn't a spreadsheet. It's a neighborhood. Carry a fat pocket through the wrong borough and a real player takes 10–20% of it. Wash your cash (5% fee) to make it untouchable, put shooters on payroll to make robbing you expensive, or flip the whole equation: open the marks board, read their bag and their security, and run up.
Get robbed and your robber is pinned to your board with a +15% revenge bonus until you settle it. It's never just business.

Hood Rich runs on a centralized game server. That's what makes it instant and free to play. But when money's on the line, "trust us" isn't good enough. Every season ships with receipts:

SEASONS
Seasons run back to back, not just on weekends. Each epoch is 84 hours: a 72-hour session, then a 12-hour settlement window where results publish, challenges run, and the next roster locks. Miss one and the next is never more than a few days out.
A wallet holding at least 10,000 $CASH. You can connect your own EVM wallet or create a non-custodial embedded wallet with a passkey, Apple, Google, or email. Entry is free: prove the balance and claim a seat. Hood Rich never receives your private key, and Profile lets embedded-wallet users view their address, transfer assets, or export their key.
